fuzzy my take is that if Hepa announces converting the debanture to common shares to early, (if that is what's going on) that may give rise to the share price potentially doubling from the 6 cents. That in itsef will reduce the number of shares begotten by Hepa via the conversion, significantly enough from owning majority interest in RVX. (IMO)
