Nothing is without risk. It's Hepa's call. And they can decide and do nothing. Hepa doesn't have the inside man anymore so they can afford to wait and see what develops. They can pounce of RVX anytime after the 13th. It's just another option Hepa has.

Nothing says that they need to act vigorously. This is not a simple forfeiture of the IPs after the 13th if debenture is not made good. 

We'll soon find out . It's beyond the control of the minority shareholders.
