fair enough - do we have a legal right to know if the IP is in limbo now?

Is it fair or legally correct given what's at stake to not report/NR the details of what "limbo"  means & doesn't mean? 

Is it possible given the "limbo" nature of this that we wake up to news one morning that Hepa's now in charge/control?

something this important/IP at stake i belive we have a right to know just what in the frick is going on or am i off base?
