If a miner makes the quota or target, then they get paid for making the level breaks. If they do not then perhaps its not worth having them on board.
To keep the good, experienced miners, we need to offer them incentives to stay and be productive, hence the employee options that have been issued this year.
If San Gold management takes care of the good people, productivity will rise.
