Great to see this Fund on Agoracom.

Anyone wish to comment on how safe the distributions/dividend is at this level..13%?

I bought this for several reasons:

Good distribution - 13%

Already converted to corp.

Utilities...people will need propane in a ressesion.

Established co with good bal sheet

Agoracom...is this a new listing for you? No discussion??????
