SAN FRANCISCO, March 16 (Reuters) - Auto companies looking to team up with Tesla Motors Corp (TSLA.O) will have to wait because the electric carmaker is not currently able to accommodate any more, its chief executive said on Wednesday.

"Our plate is full," CEO Elon Musk told the Cleantech Forum in San Francisco. "It's possible that there's more deals that people want to do with us, but we just can't."
