My most recent understanding is that there are now at least five groups interested in a possible deal. It's not clear to me if each is eyeing a combined Sutter-Tyhee acquisition. Certainly some seem to be only interested in two the companies together........It now appears that RMB is encouraging a rather definite conclusion to this sale process. When? I don't see it going much beyond this Spring. (That's a long time to hold your breath.)
