With the possible slowing down of exploration and drilling due to the price of oil, there may not be so much demand for frac sand. If they are selling into the market and taking market share from someone else, they may give a better price than they should.

With a fourth shift on, and the plant running to capacity, and the sales starting to pick up, we are going to see the real cash flow possibilities in the next few quarters.

Once they can establish a steady cash flow from operations, the share price is going to get rated properly.

The only draw back that I can see is that they will need some financing to accelerate phase 2 of their plan, and that may be why the sahre price isn't above .70 yet.

My guess is that they are going to finance at these stupid prices, which is the reason for the share consolidation. I don't think they can finance at a price below .05
