About 8 days ago there was an article in the G&B regarding a tungsten mine in New Brunswick. The G&B reported that tungsten is a fairly rare mineral that is pretty well controlled by the Chinese. What caught my attention was that the NB gov't intends to share 9% of the Provincial Mine Tax raised from the tungsten mine with the local Aboriginal groups in the vicinity of the mine. This might be a template that is utilized by provincial governments across Canada. Cheers, Fluffy the Cat
