AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

Sincerely,

George et al

Message: Time to buy?

I never said Aubrey waived any money due to him. He's not that stupid, nor am I to think he would. I asked just how much ZEN is on the hook for. If they feel he was released with cause, as that NR might be hinting at, then they're hoping to pay him nothing. If there are legal proceedings ongoing or about to begin, then who knows where that will lead.

Some of that stuff was set up in the weeks prior to the vote, when he knew a vote to remove him was coming. Would that stand up in court, feathering your nest egg in your final weeks on the job?

And ZEN put that insurance tidbit in a release. If it weren't the case, wouldn't that be problematic for ZEN? All I want is clarification on where things stand. If they owe AE what his contract says, and insurance doesn't cover it, then ZEN is in a bad way re finances. Not so much if they can say he was released with cause, or insurance will cover everything.
