Compliance Energy Corporation ("Compliance") is a Canadian power company engaged in the development of a 56 megawatt green power project located near Princeton, British Columbia, Canada.  The Company also has extensive coal resources that it is exploring on Vancouver Island.

Compliance is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia and its common shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CEC.

The 56 megawatt wood waste power plant will be fueled by a combination of wood waste from the forestry industry and Mountain Pine Beetle killed wood as it becomes available.   By using 100 percent wood, output from the project could be eligible to be classified as BC Clean Electricity under BC Government guidelines.

Compliance also has significant coal interest on Vancouver Island that includes two thermal coal properties and one metallurgical coal deposit.  Compliance developed and operates the Basin Coal Mine located near Princeton, British Columbia.
