Until we get some news, it looks like the mm's are in control. After yesterday's final

15 share($0.81) trade they want to keep the share price low, generate sells and stock up

for when we get news and the run up begins.

After opening @ .06 today, last trade so far today 200 [email protected]($10.22) says it all.

From LGJ's last spreadsheet update, it looks like some companies need to respond in the next few weeks. Of course a response will only tell us what direction the defendants would like to take and we will wait for further Pacer filings.

I'm keeping my golf clubs cleaned and ready for travel.
