AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

I applaud your efforts.

IMO, there is a legal strategy involved, to just lay low. The PR's went away long ago, under Handal.

Either EDIG attached NDA's to the settlements, or the defendants did, or both.

RP said it under DM too, "if either party or both feel it is in their best interest, there will be NDA's."

The subject matter were the details of the settlement...how much money, terms and conditions...etc, not keeping the fact that a settlement was reached, such is the case today.

RP also said Pacer was how we'd be kept informed.

Do we like it that no PR's are being issued?....NOPE....can we influence that to change?....NOPE. Has anyone tried?...YES....me & GUIDO.

I'll say this, the fiscal Q3 filing will state the number of settlements reached in that 90 day period, just like previous Q filings, without names. Probably be a bullet point in the PR that accompanies the SEC filing.

At least we have Pacer's posted here, and SGE1 to summarize them...and LGJ's spreadsheet updates.
