Thanks for your post and insight into the possibilities of the GOOGLE and e.Digital arrangement.  I for one, think its possible and have stated so in previous posts.  Now, with that being said, I like the two new independent directors credentials and connections.  Hopefully, more will be revealed soon about their strategic strategy for growth of e.Digital.

By the way, I am starting to wonder why HANDAL has not filed anymore infringement cases?  There must be a reason, seeing that the arrangement has changed between HANDAL & e.Digital.  With the new agreement, one would think HANDAL would be chomping at the bit to file as many cases as feasibly possible for them to handle.  But, here we sit... makes me want to say Hmmmmmm.  Maybe HANDAL is negotiating new deals and licensing with cobranding, comarketing, or alliances, partnerships, etc... there are all sorts of ip licensing scenarios and development available.  For instance, we just settled with Arcsoft and FISH AND RICHARDSON represented them.  I wonder about the arrangement that was settled upon. Look below at their IP Licensing menu... impressive.
