vic and jefother you beat me to the punch.  Everything you say is true as well as Google wasn't late to the party, they bought Nest after Nest had already been infringing on our patents and had to clean up a little mess.  Question remains, what did we get from the Mivatek arrangement and the Google settlement and licensing agreement?
