You are correct.  e.Digital has not posted any information about their licensing agreement and settlement arrangement with Google.  But, we do know there is a license and settlement. We just dont have any of the details.  Information was posted months ago and that fact is undeniable.  

Hopefully more positive information will be revealed soon and it will benefit all of us.
