Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

Who is the "we" ? If you are talking about the older person named Fred then I agree with your idea of an out right sale. However, if the prospect of having a new younger energetic slate of people to take over the management of the company then, IMO, there definitely is potential for growth, excitement and inovation! Remember Fred was young once and twenty some odd years ago there were those atributes surrounding eDigital and Fred.

A sale does not have to be an all or nothing event. Part of the company can be sold, there could be a complete purchase of the company with a spin off company that includes Fred as its head manager, or just a sale of current patents ( all or part ) with eDigital remaining a company to create newer patents. Those two new board members make me think if there is a sale it won't be so all or nothing of an event.

I hope Fred gets to savor the taste of victory as he has been around longer than anyone and probably would like to feel that he has succeeded in his efforts.
