Will sub $0.03 be considered another "buying opportunity?"

Most here have been here a long, long time.  How many times has this come up?  No need to answer.

Hoping that we will have enough in the coffers to keep the doors open a few extra months past the last guestimate that was given, $$ to pay salaries, rent and bills.

I bought more sub $0.04 and was hoping that was a good buy.  

Or will it be a different spelling of one of those words.
