I'm thinking they filed the extension on Fri the 30th.

Due to a short trading day July 3, add to that lots of employees taking this day off to stretch the weekend, the filing did not show up on Edgar yet.....just a guess, as are all the other guesses and scenarios.

Maybe we are just trained to be disappointed so we assume the worse...lol

We will know very soon...
