SP.......I think it was you who mentioned that during questioning of Fred Falk he stated there had been investors in the background that were interested, however they backed away at the last minute?

If they in fact existed , I say he was going to redirect them to take positions  in his new private business interests and try and grab the patents on the courthouse steps.

At least one thing is good, Fred is on hold and I do hope he is prosecuted by the SEC... I'll be sending my letters there if we all get together on that.

I want to see Fred go down and at this point that's all I care about.
