Lots of PACER Docs the last two days.

Most were on the Royal Gold royalty case, hearing 7/1/11. The reason that has any bearing on us is this line in the lawyers bill:
Mr.
Miller understands that Canarc only closed on the sale of the Lab Assets, and the back-up bid of
Platinum for the other Operating Assets is still pending subject to the outcome of the litigation
with Royal Gold.

Thus, Platinum won't buy the mine until the Royal Gold case is over. And there is no chance of reorg until they buy the mine.

Another line in the lawyers bill, that has zero bearing the stock, but I just found it interesting so I am pasting it below:
