PMs started the day down slightly.  They played around in the lower levels of being green before a route late in the day took most miners down hard.  However, LBSR closed very nicely higher.  Some other issues I own or follow also had a double-digit day as well. 

Dow and the like got hit hard, probably because of Fed jawboning.
