One minor question. If everyhting was agreed to and done and the DA was submitted to pick the cover and seal than why are there problems? Why would the DA be read again to uncover a new problem if at the last mtg we were assurred every single t was crossed and i dotted? This makes no sense at all unless someone is always looking for somehting to throw a wrench into the works
