Back in May, the word was that the MOT would sign the DA just as soon as he returned from a 3 week trip. The indication was so strongly imminent that to honor the occasion, and in celebration of the signing, I composed several limericks. They've been sitting in my desk draw these 6-7months. On October 2, after a series of imminences, the DA was finally signed and assuming they are still in my desk drawer, I'll post the limericks starting tomorrow, Frank's being the first.
