"PIPER", thanx for not forgetting about "our" water. Alton and I both have pools in our back yards (Then again I think Alton's is in his FRONT yard). Nonetheless, when we had our pools installed, the township did not hurry over and reduce the area of our lots because of the water. BUT if we usurped part of the neighbor's property by putting our pools there, and it became ours under eminant domain, it would INCREASE the size of our property---eventually. Same deal with Frank (FD not FS) sticking his nose (and sand) out into the Gulf! ..... Bill . Still "jockeying" to get the 1.0 million square meters increased to 1.25 million!
