Agree, with both your posts and thanks for explaining the added context of your earlier comments.

We all (or most?) want the same positive outcome and I fully accept its difficult due to many many factors.

What I struggle with is - I'm held to account in my job every day much like every other professional but I don't see much of this with Omag. Perhaps this is hidden from the average shareholder but repeated failures need to have consequences!
