Abe, you have stated a couple things that I would like to clarify for you.

First off, yes, you are correct. The statement you made that "DD pays off" is very true! There are quite a few posters on here that have spent countless hours doing their DD, so do not come here and give us pointers about the merits of due diligence.

Secondly, I'm not sure that calling Lori does much good. Remember how we found out about the Carmi property? It wasn't from her telling us, it was from, (oh yeah what was that you said?), doing our own" DD" and finally discovering it months later. So yes, I do agree, DD definately pays off.

And last but not least, your statement "This misinformation and BS has to stop" is 100% correct. That is why we have the Green Team!!!!!
