It seems that Mr. Sivertz may have done some work on the Lela claim, part of the Lillooet project (Harrison river in B.C.) that the infamous Papalia twins owned. This property was the main reason for them being arrested by Scotland yard followed by them being imprisoned for almost 2 years. Their trial was claimed to be the most expensive in British history. The jury deliberated for only 6 hours and came back with a not guilty verdict on all counts.
