Shareholders of SLI actually own the company so I do not understand what you mean when you state

If your name is not on the "Green" Team list, you have no right to say what needs to be done.

As an owner, I have the right and obligation to state what should be done, and if my opinion or suggestion is supported by a majority of co-owners (shareholders), then it should be taken into account and consideration by MY board of directors and MY ceo.

I though this was common knowledge.

Perhaps this is the reason there is so much confusion on managements part as to the attitude of the actual owners of this company.
