I am so confused by Ms. McClennahan's train wreck in motion. I am confused as to why the director, Mr. Krause, compiled and submitted a report the day before an AGM and why he didn't have this info all along to submit this report a few months ago? did he go to Peru??...where on earth has he been??? What did he DO to acquire this "new" knowledge. What a ridiculous NR offering and reason for a halt. What am I missing?
