Yes fair points, I am only expressing an opinion, a gut feel if you like, as I cant think of a better reason, and readily admit I may well be totally wrong.

Since the 'block' has been there, it has had the effect of killing the price, as people know there's no point in buying until that is out of the way, so it is stopping people buying, IMO.

As to the possible owner, no idea and as you rightly say, management doesn't have much stock that we are aware of.

What nags at the back of my mind is that if it is a genuine offer, why don't they sell it in smaller chunks to allow the stock to trade? Anyone must realise the effect it is having, and could remove it and sell into the normal trading.

My guess is the SP would rise if it were removed, so why keep it there?
