The sebsequent appearance of the posters Alberta lawman,Mike Stuart and Penny Master should be perceived by the intent and motive at this time, to CLUTTER up the forum to bury a couple important posts and to distract people from the content of those particular posts. So for that very reason, I will refresh this post;

In this link, you are to see how quickly Carlo is connected to George Soros and Warren Buffet.

http://brontecapital.blogspot.ca/2010/06/what-is-it-with-carlo-civelli-and.html

Also, Nico Civelli, Carlos son, has a Zurich based HEDGE FUND business . Nicos hedge fund had many shares in SLI and do have connections to SEEKING ALPHA. There is also direct connection by Nico to a RUSSIAN hedge fund and they had offices in the same building.

It is no coincidence that Lori,s European trips before the orchestrated stock crash included Zurich. And, no coincidence that Warren Buffets and George Soros names come up as connections here. If you remember, Warren Buffet is a U.S. Patriot that stood behind the U.S. government in bank bailouts in 2008 and even promoted the U.S. Governments agenda, by saying things like, he would like to pay more taxes.

"Mr. Civelli is a Zurich-based independent financial advisor who provides financial consultancy services through his wholly-owned company Niconsult GmbH. In this capacity, Mr. Civelli works closely with several leading European and North American private asset management companies and funds, which specialize in the natural resources sector. Mr. Civelli serves as director and VP Finance for Hunter Bay Minerals Plc and as VP Finance of Pacific LNG Operations (Singapore). Mr. Civelli studied at the Universities of Zurich and St Gallen in Switzerland before completing a Masters Degree in Applied Finance at the University of Southern Queensland in Australia.""

I will say here that the reason why these have not been put out of business, is because the truth about how the markets work and government involvement would be revealed, which would jeopardize the whole financial systems on the earth. So, slaps on the wrist to make things look good to the public, are common practises by regulators when public heat comes into view.

I heard that some Stock house posters may be referring to "foil hats" we wear, I suggest for them to get hats of their own, where it is blatantly obvious that they do not understand fact, or should I say, decide to cover it up by trying to discredit anyone that presents the truth. The veil is lifting more and more everyday, exposing the truths, who is involved, and their futile attempts at covering up.

Love Rick

It looks like the controversial Swiss financer, Carlo Civelli took part in the recent IGD private placement via his Panama based company:

Professional Trading Services S.A.

P.H. Plaza Comercial, San

Fernando, 1st Floor, Office 41,

Urb. La Loma, Via Espana,

Panama

Carlo Civelli

Tel: +507 391 9199+507 391 9199+507 391 9199+507 391 9199

N/A 1,000,000 $50,000 2.3 of NI k

For anyone that has not heard of Carlo, a simple Google search will help you out. David Baines had much to say about him....here is just one short article from Stockwatch:

Van Sun says IIROC avoids full Civelli, Duke scrutiny

2010-10-06 09:59 ET - In the News

The Vancouver Sun reports in its Wednesday edition the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada some times fails to get to the heart of the matter. The Sun's David Baines comments that disciplinary action against now-defunct Blackmont Capital and a former broker, Dean Duke, is a case in point. At the heart of this case is Carlo Civelli, a Swiss fiduciary involved in dozens, if not hundreds, of controversial Vancouver junior issues. Mr. Duke's Clarion Finanz AG acted as an "external asset manager" for seven banks in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. The public has no way of knowing who these banks are trading for. The end clients could be insiders of the very companies whose shares are being traded. Even more disconcerting, the Vancouver brokerages that trade for these banks often do not know who is behind the accounts. IIROC investigators were less interested in who owned the banks than in a commission-kickback arrangement involving Mr. Duke, Blackmont and Mr. Civelli. Unanswered is what stock was being traded, and why Mr. Civelli was trading it through these offshore banks at Vancouver brokerage firms. Mr. Baines says we should know who traded these shares, and why.
