I truly admire your tenacity. I only speak for myself, not my fellow shareholders when I voice my hesitance to join forces. Misplaced trust is not a good thing; that is how we got where we are in the first place.
I totally agree with many of your views of the BCSC. Their published mandate far differs from their 'real life' mandate which only fuels the corruption instead of stopping it. But I have to correct you on the SLI fiasco. It was the CEO that ruined our company, not securities. It was the CEO that threatened to sue us, not securites.
That being said, BCSC stood by and allowed it to happen, and after the fact, would not step in and place sanctions on either her or the company.
Again, I thank you for your response and may take another look at what is happening with your group when I get a bit more time.
