It seems that all went well at the AGM but shortly after leaving, she put out a NR announcing her immediate resignation. If she wanted a stress leave, like you propose, Stockstar, why didn't she just step down at the AGM? Why leave everyone hanging on a thread, including the directors who are said to be equally surprised? Why stick it to the people that bought into the $150,000.00 private placement just days before the AGM? Good old Lori....maybe she cut herself a fat cheque with the proceeds and went on a vacation!
