#2 is bang on.  It's only a dream that it will ever change.   Anyone hoping sli will come through based on corruption going away is deluded.

I also agree that ever since there was media people have been screaming about conspiracies.  Nothing is ever done about them.  I would agree with some situations being conspiracies but I don't think we will be unique and see anything happen with sli because people complain about world corruption and say our situation is tied to it.  I only see anything happening with our situation as likely if it benefits those holding the card .  It could be a while, if ever.  IMO.
