Rick, though it is waaaay OT, you have finally hit on a couple things that have a basis in reality. Morneau does not pass the smell test, he has horrible conflicts of interest, and the proposed infrastructure bank will result in tremendous costs to taxpayers in the future as well as result in a loss of Canadian sovereignty to foreign countries that loan money to the infrastructure bank. The Liberals in my view are selling out Canada in so many ways, this is just one. 

Now, about that 5D stuff....................
