As a result, effective at the opening on December 2, 2010, the trading symbol for the Company will change from ACK.P to ACK and the Company will no longer be considered a Capital Pool Company. Effective at the opening Thursday, December 2, 2010, trading in the shares of the Company will be reinstated for trading.
