Gold Production in Mexico
Targeting 2013 annual production of 118,000 ounces of gold
Timmins Gold Corp is strategically positioned for continuous growth as a gold production and development company. Focused in Mexico, the Company owns and operates the San Francisco Gold Mine in Sonora State, an open pit heap leach operation from which Timmins Gold has scheduled annual production in excess of 100,000 ounces of gold.
Exploration success in 2011 has significantly increased gold reserves and lifespan at the mine. Drilling is ongoing in and around the Mine and is expected to further increase reserves and resources. Timmins Gold will also be exploring on a regional scale on its approximately 200,000 hectares of claims contiguous to the Mine along the highly prolific Northern Sonora Gold District.
Timmins Gold also owns 50,000 hectares of claims located beside Goldcorp's 13,000,000 ounce Penasquito Gold Mine and Camino Rojo deposit in Zacatecas. A 55,000 metre drill program on these claims will commence in May of 2012.
Timmins Gold's growth plans consist of ongoing drilling at San Francisco, advancement of its other exploration projects and accretive transactions.
The combination of steady production, cash flow and exploration success positions Timmins Gold for strong growth and increased shareholder value. Timmins trades on the TSX under the symbol TMM and the NYSE-Amex under the symbol TGD.
