Cerro has two geographical project bases at present: Mexico and Australia. Each country has projects at various stages of advancement and pleasingly more than one shows significant promise. Cerro is currently focused on developing the Cerro del Gallo gold/silver project in the central state of Guanajuato, Mexico, to deliver attractive long term cash flows to the company. With a positive scoping study completed, a feasibility study is underway. With an anticipated 14 year mine life with 1M oz Au and 11.3M oz Ag recovery, mine construction could potentially commence in 2011 with production in 2012.
