Constitution Mining Corp Profile

The Logic of Big

Success in developing a gold deposit can mean fortune-making success for early investors. But gold mining is a hazard-filled business, especially in a project's earlier stages. Accepting those risks only makes sense when the potential pay-off is big -- and then it can make very good sense. That's the logic of big. Concentrate on large prospects. Devote resources to exploration and development only where there is the visible potential for an elephant-size reward.

Our Big Commitment

Constitution Mining is committed to the logic of big as the smartest way to build value for our shareholders. •To find elephants, go to elephant country. The Earth is dotted with small gold deposits. But only certain districts offer the possibility of developing multi-million-ounce resources. •Go where elephant-hunting is respected and encouraged. Avoid locales with unreasonable political risks. •Go with proven elephant hunters. That means assembling a management team with big-mine experience and working with industry partners that share the Go-Big philosophy.

What We're Doing In Peru

Constitution Mining controls 382 square kilometers (147.5 square miles) of the Gold Sands of northeastern Peru. Previous exploration identified the Gold Sands as a possible "elephant" deposit of alluvial gold -- and big even by elephant standards. More recent engineering studies indicate that modern mining technology could make production costs for such a giant deposit comfortably and profitably low. As the next step in developing this resource, the Company has begun a wide program of pitting and bulk processing to confirm and extend exploratory drilling results. Each pit will yield a bulk sample of up to 100 tonnes, which will be processed on site to recover the gold that's present and compile accurate and valuable geological data
