British Columbia a world class exploration jurisdiction for copper

  • Tier 1 Location

Acquiring Three Blocks of Lithium Claims in Quebec

  • 10 Pegmatite Outcrops Documented
  • 51 contiguous cells comprising of 2,856 hectares located approximately 70 kms south of Val D'Or.

Muskwa Copper Project

22 Documented Copper Occurrences in 3 Separate Claim Blocks:

  • Neil – 10 Copper occurrences
  • Toro – 4 Copper occurrences
  • Bronson – 8 Copper occurrences

 The Neil Deposit:

  • The Neil vein has been traced over a strike length of 1185 metres and a vertical extent of at least 1579 metres to the valley floor.
  • a width ranging from 19 metres wide
  • visible for more than 1,000 metres vertically
  • Historical Grades of 10.2% copper over 3.0 metres
  • Past sampling encountered a true cross section assayed 6.1% copper over 20.8m

The Neil breccia appears to have a width ranging from 19 metres wide at the junction of the Neil Vein to over 60 metres at the northeast side of the mountain where it is visible for more than 1,000 metres vertically. Past work consisted of a deep trench cross-cutting the breccia which assayed 10.2% copper over 3.0 metres  while further up, the breccia, a true cross section assayed 6.1% copper over 20.8m.The 2021 program consisted of a systematic  exploration of the vein and breccia both horizontally and vertically.

West Side: The surface expression of the related copper mineralization on the west side is extensive not only vertically but horizontally.

East Side: The  surface expression of the related copper is more intense, and extensive not only vertically but horizontally, with an Electro Magnetic (EM) conductor at the base of the mountain.

Davis Keays Deposit

  • Historical Indicated reserve* of 3.7 million tons at  2.5% Copper cut-off grade or an estimated 1.4million  tons at  3.42% Copper above the 6400' level

 Toro-Churchill Deposit

  • Rock sampling returned 8.8% copper over a width of 19 meters and strike length of 133 meters.
  • Past rock sampling returned an average grade of 6.8% copper over a width of 14 meters and a strike length of 107 meters
  • At the time of the mine’s closure, only approximately 42% of the historically estimated reserve had been mined.
  • Historical estimated Proven and Probable mineral reserve of 1,178,000 tons (1,068,000 tonnes) grading 3.92% copper

From 1967 to 1969, Churchill Copper Corporation conducted a program of underground drilling and development resulting in the delineation of a historically estimated Proven and Probable mineral reserve of 1,178,000 tons (1,068,000 tonnes) grading 3.92% copper, which included a 20% dilution factor (Carr. 1972).

Tonnage and grade were considered economic and a 750 ton per day (tpd) concentrator was started in April 1970 at the time price of copper was $0.76 per pound.

Between 1970 and 1975, development was carried out on four main levels, the 5200-, 5750-, 5900- and 6100-levels, from which 14,673 tonnes of recovered copper were produced from 498,132 tonnes of milled ore, giving a calculated grade of 2.95% copper.

  • At the time of the mine’s closure, only approximately 42% of the historically estimated reserve had been mined.

Toro-Churchill Creek – Extension

  • ·         A 2 meter vein was discovered with grab samples over the 2 meters ranging between 18.0% copper and 42% copper

Toro Churchill Sample with 27% Copper

Magnum Deposit

  • ·        Magnum vein was developed and partly mined from 1970-74 where it milled 498,000 tons with a head grade of approximately 3% copper.

 Quebec Lithium Claims

OHM Property

Fabled entered into a letter of intent, dated March 21, 2023, to acquire the "OHM Property" from arm's length vendors.

The OHM Property consists of 51 contiguous cells comprising of 2,856 hectares located approximately 70 kms south of Val D'Or. The OHM Property can be easily accessed from the main highway, route 117 and forestry roads 43 and 44.

A minimum of at least 10 pegmatite outcrops have been documented by the vendors. No documented work has been done in the search for lithium within the pegmatite swarms. See Figure 1 below.

VOLT 1 and 2 Properties

Fabled entered into letter of intent (the "VOLT 1 LOI") on March 21, 2023 to acquire the VOLT 1 Property (the "VOLT 1 Property") from arm's length vendors (the "VOLT 1 Vendors").

Fabled also entered into a purchase agreement with arm's length vendors on March 21, 2023 to acquire two separate contiguous lithium claims (the "VOLT 2 Property") for a total one-time payment of $1,000. The VOLT 2 Property is approximately 2 km due west of the VOLT 1 Property.

The VOLT 1 Property is comprised of 9 contiguous cells with a total size of 504 hectares. The VOLT 2 Property is comprised of 2 contiguous cells with a total size of 112 hectares. Both properties are located in the James Bay Lithium District and less than 4 kilometers to the west of Patriot Battery Metals (PMET.V) Corvette lithium project. See Figure 2 below.

Numerous lithium anomalies directly associated with pegmatites currently suggest a favorable horizon to be explored and tested.
