International Tower Hill ("ITH") possesses an expanding portfolio of Gold resources and exploration projects in Alaska and Nevada. Building a non-operator, low risk, production portfolio, ITH is rapidly advancing its plan toward major discovery and production. Management is highly experienced with a proven track record of discovery.

2009 Exploration and Resource Development Program focused on the rapid development of a major new discovery of world-class gold deposit at Livengood Gold Project, Alaska.

Phase I - Drilling scheduled to commence early February 2009. Targeting areas within and adjacent to the existing resource model. These areas have numerous higher grade holes adjacent to them and are expected to add significantly to the resource.

Following the return of these results in mid-Q2, the Company will complete a new resource model which will form the basis of an initial Preliminary Economic Analysis of the deposit.

Phase II - Scheduled to commence in June. Phase II is designed to further expand the deposit, as well as to initially test for potential deep, high-grade feeder zone targets. The company is planning to drill roughly 36,000 metres in the two programs.
