Rock Tech Resources Inc. Profile

Rock Tech Resources Inc. is a Canadian based exploration company whose primary focus is on developing lithium and rare earth element (REE) projects that have high exploration potential in prospective regions.

The Company holds a 100% interest in a prospective lithium project in the Kapiwak Pegmatite region of the James Bay area of Quebec covering nearly 16,000 hectares.Rock Tech has completed preliminary ground exploration including surface sampling which showed average lithium oxide grades of 1.47% and grades of interest for REE such as niobium, beryllium and tantalum.

In addition to these assets, the Company also holds 100% interest in a titanium oxide and iron oxide property near Saint-Urbain, Quebec covering more than 14,500 hectares; and 100% interest in a nickel–copper-platinum group elements-uranium property in the Sibley Basin of northern Ontario covering 33,827 hectares.

Surface samples from Rock Tech’s Saint-Urbain Project show occurrences of high grade titanium (34% to 42% titanium oxide) and iron oxide grades of 47% to 52% iron oxide.

On November 23, 2009, the TSX-Venture has accepted expedited filing for the Company's acquisition of the Georgia Lake lithium and rare earth elements properties in northwest Ontario. Upon closing, Rock Tech will commence review of 33,000 metres of historical exploration drilling work that has been completed and will initiate an exploration program to confirm the historical resource estimate for the properties.

The Company’s long term vision is to develop its portfolio of mineral exploration projects into economic and sustainable mine operations.
