Ryan Gold Corp. is a gold exploration company formed through the merger of Valdez Gold Inc. (TSXV) and a private company, Ryan Gold Inc. in December 2010.

The company is focused on gold exploration in the Yukon Territory, Canada and Alaska, USA. In the Yukon, Ryan Gold is exploring the Ida Oro Property located 60 km to the east of Dawson City and 25 kilometres to the east of Brewery Creek Mine. To the west of Dawson the company is earning in on a joint venture with Valley High Ventures on the Flume Property, located at the head waters of Ten Mile Creek, where active placer mining is taking place. The company is also exploring its Fifty Mile project located 60 km south-south west of Dawson City.

In Alaska the company is exploring the Bluff Project located approximately 90 km to the east of Nome on the Seward Peninsula. The company is earning in on the project through a joint venture with Millrock Resources Inc.

Ryan Gold has also signed a letter agreement to purchase 50 properties, comprising approximately 6,631 Quartz Claims (the "Properties"), located throughout the Yukon Territory, from Shawn Ryan and Wildwood Exploration Inc. The 6,631 Quartz Claims, covering 134,174 Ha, are grouped in 11 major project areas covering various prospective geological terrains throughout the Yukon. The Properties represent all of Mr. Ryan's precious metal interests that have not been previously joint ventured to Ryan Gold, or other third party companies.

In addition, as part of the above aquisition property aquisition Ryan Gold has entered into an exclusive employment agreement with Shawn Ryan having a term of five (5) years pursuant to which, Mr. Ryan will be appointed President of Ryan Gold.
