The information circular indicated 15:1 was the maximum share consolidation ratio but maybe that's what they have finally decided on. It looks like the market is waiting to hear the details on the fund raising effort and whether or not it will involve significant dilution. Hopefully if they issue shares to raise the cash it will be to institutional holders who won't bail out the day after closing.
