NOw you are starting to sound liek a reporter - put out the bad news as you see it under the if it bleeds it leads category and then do some ass covering later - the material is filed with the ERCB and the company is liekly to move ahead with the SAGD plus facility to recyle and recapture the solvent and lwoer sor's dramatically while increasing produciton per well. what is wrong with that - doyou know the solvent they are using? May not have your asserted problems. I am inclined to go with the company on this one, not that anything is simple inthe oil sands and producing bitumen.
