1.73 million shares on the TSX..the Alpha always trades about 50-60% of the TSX so, if we say 55% it comes to 2.68 million shares today. there's nothing ordinary about that.

People often say Teck will bring in a partner, I think it could be two partners for 30% each with Teck having 40% and being the operator. for instance, it could be Sumitomo and CIC, both of which they are already partnered up with and seem to have a good working relationship with. if this were so, Tecks development costs would be pretty much covered.

If either or both of those companys were interested what is to stop them from accumulating some cheap shares to make the deal a little easier on the treasury. I've posted in the past that if someone averaged 100,000 shares a day for a year they would end up with 25 million. any one company doesn't have to make a declaration until they exceed 40 million. it's done all the time for " investment purposes "

I'm excited enough that I sold a loser and put the last of my cash in today. the only holdings we have now are CUU and Teck.b and if this surge continues I will start selling Teck and buying more Cuu.

After several years of misery it's really nice to have the chance to make a big gainer like we've had the last few days.
