I do not believe this financing has anything to do with purchasing the factory. It is more for day to day activities and to keep the boat afloat for a while. There will probably be separate debt issued as part of the deal. What we need now, is to hear the deal is finally completed and closed. Until then, we stay on the razor's edge.
