To clarify, my post a few days ago re Nanotronics patents was to show how much Eric Swarz was involved. My guess is that the patents were assigned to him temporarily as security until his "loan" to or investment in PTSC was made good. The legal ramifications of that manouever, if that is what occurred, I will leave to the legal people. I believe the last actions were him re-assigning back to PTSC. I just provide the information - others more knowledgeable in SEC expectations regarding statements of material events, notification to shareholders etc. should be able to analyse and interpret the data.
