This stock has been following the price of oil for the last few months. I picked up some more at $.25 as I think it will continue to follow oil prices, as I think those will be going up.

Longer term (Jan 2010) when the plant starts producing power and $$ this stock will be much more valuable. With aprox $26M annual income and 131M shares, a P/E of 8 would put the stock price at about $2/share. When the build out the entire resourse and get twice that in income, and assuming a better P/E, this stock should be MUCH higher by then.
